Annual Special Events

New Member Workshop Spring Session — Beginning bonsai class for new PSBA members. Spring and Fall sessions are offered. New club members are invited to take one of each session within two years of joining PSBA. A one-time $75 fee for materials is required.

Spring Sale — Public sale event of bonsai and related materials by club members and local vendors, held one afternoon, typically in March.

Spring Show — Annual exhibit. An opportunity for members to showcase their trees. Held in May, typically on Mother's Day Weekend, at Pacific Bonsai Museum in Federal Way, WA.

Annual Auction — A professionally-conducted live auction featuring up to 70 trees at varying price points, plus a silent auction of trees, pots, books, and materials.
Member Potluck/Summer Picnic — A summer tradition where members and their families enjoy informal fellowship, great food, and a member bazaar offering great bargains on trees, pots, and stones.
